Who We Are
Cutting Edge Property Maintenance launched in 2017. What began as a hobby by owner Luke Tamsen in high school, Cutting Edge grew to much more than that in the form of a full-service lawn care company. After high school, Luke went on to college while still running his lawn care company. After graduation, Luke decided to turn Cutting Edge Property Maintenance into a full-time career. Every day, Luke strives to bring the same personal touch to his properties that he provided when his company first started, including professional quality and workmanship.
Located in Flat Rock, Michigan, Cutting Edge serves southeastern Michigan, including the Downriver area. We perform a variety of services from weekly lawn care to snow and ice removal and full landscape installation. Cutting Edge prides itself on giving every job the personal touch and going the extra mile. We turn every project into an amazing work of art by using the best techniques/equipment and always learning. At Cutting Edge Property Maintenance we are never happy with the status quo—we constantly push ourselves and teammates to take our work to the next level. We take the time to learn different techniques for landscaping installation ensure our lawn mower blades are sharp in order to perform a clean cut. More About Cutting Edge
Cutting Edge property Maintenance was started by Luke Tamsen as a hobby when in high school and grew to much more than that. While in high school in Flat Rock Luke continued to grow his small lawn care company into a business.
After high School Luke went on to collage while still having his lawn care company. As the end of Lukes college was coming up as in graduating in May of 2017 with a degree in Criminal Justice he decided to grow the small lawn care company that had gotten him through high school and college to make it a full time career.
A month before college finished Luke went full time into Lawn care and forming Cutting Edge Property Maintenance. He strives to still bring the personal touch to his properties that he provided when first starting out but also give them the professional quality.
