Who We Are
In 2017, Cutting Edge Property Maintenance opened for business. At first, owner Luke Tamsen ran Cutting Edge as a hobby while he was in high school. But it quickly grew into a full-service yard care business. Luke went to college while still running his yard care business after high school. Luke chose to make Cutting Edge Property Maintenance his full-time job after he graduated. Luke works hard every day to give his homes the same personal touch he gave them when he first started his business, along with professional quality and workmanship.
Cutting Edge is in Flat Rock, Michigan, and serves southeastern Michigan, such as the Downriver area. We do many things, from weekly lawn care to getting rid of snow and ice to installing whole landscapes. Cutting Edge is proud to handle each job with care and go the extra mile. We use the best tools and techniques and are always learning to make every job a beautiful work of art. We never settle for what we have at Cutting Edge Property Maintenance; we are always pushing ourselves and each other to do better work. We spend time learning new ways to add landscaping and make sure our lawn mower blades are always sharp so we can get a clean cut. Because we pay attention to things like this, we can give our clients the high-quality work they expect.
